Despite missing the last two Africa Cup of Nations finals since their triumph of 2013, Nigeria, ranked 45 in the World are expected to win their second group stage game against Guinea. Tellingly, their 1-0 win against Burundi in their opening game made it five-straight victories at AFCON tournaments!

Odion Ighalo came on as a substitute against Burundi and scored within four minutes of his introduction to settle a tight match at the Alexandria Stadium.
