Tadic can carry on scoring

Dusan Tadic _ Ajax

Ajax (1.50)  X(4.75)  Lille(6.70)
Tuesday 17 September, 20:00

Last season's semi-finalists Ajax kick off their Champions League campaign with a home match against Lille in Group H.
Ajax could not have come closer to making the final last season, with Lucas Moura's injury time winner for Tottenham eliminating the Dutch giants in agonising fashion. Since then they have seen some of their talented squad depart, with Frenkie de Jong moving to Barcelona and Matthijs de Ligt being signed by Juventus.

Considering Lille's away form and the recent Champions League pedigree of Ajax, it's no surprise to see the home side as short as 1.52 to claim victory.
With those odds making it difficult to find value for a home win, back Dusan Tadic to score at 2.60 Betking.com. Tadic scored 38 goals for Ajax last season, including nine in the Champions League. This season he already has seven goals in eight games and is the Ajax penalty taker.

Leipzig will break Benfica resistance

RB Leipzig

Benfica (2.55)  X (3.45)  RB Leipzig (2.75)
Tuesday 16 September, 20:00

Red Bulls off to a flyer as Nagelsmann gives them wings

RB Leipzig's start to the Bundesliga season should have instilled some confidence ahead of their trip to Portugal. They top the German league after four games , drawing with the reigning champions Bayern Munich at the weekend. The maestro Julian Nagelsmann became manager of RB Leipzig in the summer, with the 32-year old coach having previously taken Hoffenheim into the Champions League.

This is a tough match to predict with RB Leipzig only nominally the favourites to win.
For a safe bet, both teams to score should land at 1.62. Though Benfica have conceded relatively few goals this season, it's hard to see them keeping a clean sheet against Nagelsmann's attacking team.

Goals will surely flow when Borussia Dortmund host Barcelona

Barcelona

Borussia Dortmund (2.70)  X(3.45)  Barcelona (2.67)
Tuesday 17 September, 20:00

If there's one thing that we should expect from this game it's goals. Both sides are attack-minded and are struggling to keep goals out at the other end.

Borussia Dortmund's defence is not quite so leaky as Barcelona's, but the clean sheet in the 4-0 win over Bayer Leverkusen at the weekend was their first of the season. All four of Dortmund's league games have seen four or more goals scored and with the same being true in three of Barcelona's four league outings, over 3.5 goals looks overpriced at 2.17.

Red Bull Salzburg will enjoy a comfortable win in their first ever Champions League group match.

Rb Salzburg

Salzburg (1.45)  X(5.25)  Genk (6.50)
Tuesday, 20:00

Given the respective form of the two teams, it's hard to see any other result than a home victory. The price for a Red Bull win is pretty short though, so we'll need to add a caveat.

Backing Salzburg to win and over 2.5 goals boosts the odds to 2.10. Genk have conceded in five of their seven league games this season and Red Bull's last six victories have all seen at least three goals scored.

Champions begin defence in Naples

UCL Liverpool

Napoli (3.12)  X (3.50) Liverpool (2.35)
Tuesday, 20:00

The memories of Madrid and Jordan Henderson lifting the Champions League are still fresh for the Reds but let's not forget that Liverpool absolutely stunk the place out in their away group games last season.

They lost all three, including a 1-0 defeat in Naples which doesn't really tell the whole story.
Of course, Liverpool got their act together spectacularly as the tournament went on and the 3-1 win at Bayern Munich was one of their best displays of the season.
And they return to southern Italy riding high in the Premier League with 15 points out of 15 giving them a five-point lead at the top.

Reds fancied for revenge. Back Liverpool to win at 2.35 on Betking.com

Work in progress for Lampard

Chelsea Champions League
Chelsea (1.85)  X(3.80) Valencia(4.32)
Tuesday, 20:00 BST

Chelsea, in particular their young English contingent, were making plenty of headlines at the weekend after their 5-2 demolition of Wolves.

Tammy Abraham led the way with a hat-trick, Mason Mount continued his highly-impressive start to life in the Premier League and even defender Fikayo Tomori chipped in with a stunning strike.

With plenty of players lacking top-level European experience, Chelsea look shaky odds-on favourites at 1.88 to win the game.

Back both-teams-to-score which is  offered at 1.86.
